The point is that the only way to get out of this limbo is Squires completing the S-1 after the proxy vote as the first steps to relisting.
We don't know why they were delayed. Frankly, it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is relisting and the only way that fully protects the shareholders is Squires doing an S-1. Remember, he has 95? million shares so he's motivated.
I can't help it if you can't support his doing it, but if that's the case, why do you think anyone else could do it faster or better? He's the only one who could answer the auditor's questions if you think it will be hard for them to understand things.
Last point is that the S-1 is a clean slate. What's past will be past.
Two 10Qs were submitted this year.
That's a fact. That's one reason why Squires can do the S-1.
