Shocked to see CDiddy again hedging toward thinking maybe the 13D group might be an option.
I don't know what he's thinking.
Does he just disregard the sense that this is a Revengers' Coup, with two guys who used to run the company but were let go, and one whose attempt to make hundreds of millions by foisting off his meh company on CYDY was rebuffed?
How can he ignore the attempt by Patterson to steal the patent rights?
Does he not see that the new Plan calls for making Patterson rich by licensing his testing -- even though Recknor is developing an inhouse set of tests -- to the company for both LH and Cancer indications and trials?
Does he not get that in both Covid and Covid LH we need a certain alacrity, but replacing the entire management would slow everything down to uselessness?
With revenue coming before the end of the year, why change management NOW?
I personally think the 13ders are out to liquidate the company and screw shareholders royally (as well as other adverbs). No one has adequately addressed the tweet that announced an attempted liquidation of the company.
Even if that is not the case, we know the pretenders have very dubious motivations like revenge and sheer greed. They have no better plans than the one we are pursuing. A change now would be counterproductive or disastrous.
