There is no need for a reverse split. Before the dividend, there were more shares out there and the PPS a lot higher. The number is shares out there right now are still not that bad - yet.
IF the IND is approved, it gets things going. If Excellegan gets sold, it gets things going. There are a a number of things that will get them out of this hole.
