I feel most here could put together a better "plan

I feel most here could put together a better "plan" than has been presented. Hell, i have almost zero technical health care knowledge. Most of what i know about LL over the last 2 years was gained here and in talking with fellow investors and i could do it just off the top of my head.

I think anyone here in the matter of an hour could put together a 4 page bulleted "plan" for advancing the company. The fact that 13D cant/wont do that makes me think they have other motives.

The one thing they really havent done is lay any concrete items out for record. The moment they do anything on the record of any substance they put down a marker to be held to account. They know that this will cut their own throats in any shareholder suits or uprisings. That, i would contend, is why its not happening.

because really... if these guys are big corporate honchos, shouldnt they be all about plans, big picture, outlook, projections, communication? Either they arent doing it because they are deceitful OR they arent capable of doing it. Either reason in my mind is not a good thing.
