Guys I find out information and I put it out. If you don't believe me then don't. All I can say is that things are moving forward as I was hoping for. I am not sure if you are aware but all COVID companies were basically being investigated by the SEC due to the amount of Fraud. I was pretty sure that we would get this exemption because unlike what some of you say I know that the management is not crooked or stuffing their pockets but basically working for free. I said in my post that I just found out about this exemption literally within the last 24 hours and I want this to be in the public domain. I have often criticized the management for over-promising and under delivering and yes Joe has pissed me off quite a few times. I think that Joe has finally learned his lesson and that he will never over-promise again as he learned his lesson but unfortunately he has had to deal with predators in the hedge fund world (by the way guys there are no real biotech or medical technology investors in New York but honestly he was brilliant when he basically told the offshore fund that gave him a deal that was so shitty that they would never get their warrants (A-E). That was smart and I believe that these guys are the ones who basically created NUGX to screw with him. This company has been battered by nonstop attacks from but guess what the total vaccine is beautiful science and is what the world really needs in terms of safety and efficacy including any future variants. Covid is the new flu and the total vaccine will provide a ten year immunity. I am not vaccinated myself but had covid and this is the only vaccine that I am willing to take because of its mechanism of action even though you have morons in the government who still don't understand what that means. Am I happy that the CCP are financing the company? hell no I hate these MFs but it is repeated stupidity and shortsightedness on the part of our administration and the people who run the NIH and BARDA that the company unfortunately had to resort to this. For all of you nay sayers out there I sold my company to Generex. I was the original founder of Olaregen Therapeutix LLC the original company which then changed into a corp but I have always believed in the science behind most of the companies that Generex has acquired (save for a few companies like Venetto and another one which I will not mention because their CEO is an asshole and might sue me). So now the cat is out of the bag and I have already shared some of this info privately with some of the more reasonable and knowledgeable people on this post so do what you will with it but i am at the designated location I am dropping a good bomb on all of you!
