My contention is that this should have been done long ago. If they truly had all these good ideas that cytodyn wouldnt listen to, why does it take until now to show/share? They put in the poorly documented BOD papers at the very last minute and incomplete. Now this "plan" at the last minute before the vote, as well as another head fake from LH, LH, LH to now cancer.

Remember some of the support crew were the basis of some of the 13d complaints. Have they really said anything about all the other indications until now. No. Its been all patentson, LH, LH, patentson.

Everything they say is essentially what current management is already doing. Just complaints about how they arent doing it good enough.

Its easy to sit back and be an armchair QB, its tough to actually do it. Especially when the armchair QB is actually on the other side of the field giving aid, comfort and support to the opponent.

Coming to the table at this late date, poorly documenting the BOD stuff, hiding conflicts, crappy communication, actively trash talking here and elsewhere, sending me emails to my address that was obtained via questionable means, having BOD candidates that wont even buy 1,000 shares makes me super suspicious.

Why jump off the train 100 feet from the station at this point. At this point the cydy train wont even stop in the station, its gonna barrel right through in a matter of weeks. Stopping the train, unloading, getting on another train, and getting moving again will take months and months, especially since they seem to want to change tracks and destination.

I would suggest your original take was correct in being pissed. Don't set yourself up to be pissed again. NP has a chance to hit a homerun very soon. There is an all star lineup in the first 7 slots in the batting order and theres a double A pitcher on the bump.
