Absolutely correct MLR, as long as the roll up doesn't happen until October 1st the "quiet period" will be short, as in two days! We all know there is nothing in Univec Inc. to complicate things. He can sign the roll up papers on Oct. 1st, and then he has 4 days to give us an 8k on the roll up. He can talk about the second quarter and prior periods of the companies and stay quiet about their (roll up companies) third quarter. Remember third quarter of Univec, Inc. would have just been up loaded to OTC Markets as it is so simple. Yes, he can talk about other matters in the quiet period but he needs to be quiet about the THIRD quarter of the just rolled up companies. There is plenty to talk about for sure and we would still see second quarter and previous financials of the rolled up companies.

He may very well push this to the first week of October but if he does he will need to put out a PR about pushing the closing of the purchase of the clinics. IMO, those clinics are not going to accept stock in Univec Inc. valued at eight cents, with Univec, Inc. showing $500 in the bank and owing Doc almost $12 million with no assets. No way, they will want to see the roll up completed and so do we! Univec will not have to give near as much stock out of the treasury after Doc completes the roll up. We have not seen a "delay" press release as of yet so I am hoping Doc thinks he can get this started before the end of next week. If he did, say Monday, he can talk about the SECOND quarter and the previous periods of the rolled up companies, as he surely has those all finished. Then on Oct. 1st he would have to be quiet about the third quarter but free to talk about the other things we have been waiting to hear about and there is a lot to hear about!!!

So if we get a delay PR on the clinics I would say probably no launch until the week of October 4th. It doesn't matter to me, I have been here over three and a half years, I trust Doc, and I know what is coming soon.
