For once I agree with you 
With no news coming out of Generex / NGIO, saying that they got approval to move forward with the IPO is just talk. The SEC hold up was supposed to be the reason why they couldn't say anything, now they supposedly can move forward, so I would expect that the first thing they would be doing right now is putting out news on the IND or the IPO, but we have silence.
Yet, here we still are with nothing and we will have an excuse that it is the end of the week or it takes time to get out the news or yada yada. The point is, it's been several months and they should be having that news ready to be put out after all this time.
