Someone called them and asked what it was about, and they posted the Lawyer's response to this list or elsewhere, and the fact they were seeking a representative plaintiff for the suit.
Someone (maybe you) responded to the allegations on this board at that time.
Think was more like a week or two, not months. The Lawyer Ad was from September 15th.
