I like the look and feel of the new Life Sciences Blog. The use of the red category call outs is excellent from a web design perspective.
I believe they also are doing or have planned segmentation on the emails as well.
So why do segmentation?

Without segmentation the risk is too much information and it just because noise. Great to see the focus on the customer, that may not be apparent to everyone on the surface.
