As for where the shorts are sitting... From Wed

From Wednesday to Thursday....
There's still 100% shares short utilization.
I wonder how much time these guys spend hunting for shares to short....
The number of short contracts went up from 224 to 230.
The total number of shares short went from 32,756,557 to 32,410,824 - difference of -345,733.
More sharts and and a tad fewer shares short.
Avg short contract is now 64.43 from 63.76. Went up ~0.7 days. Still, long term shorts hanging.
Lending volume went from 1,390,968 to 1,631,017 - about 450,000 more short shares moved for the day.
Cost to borrow went from 10.42 to 10.27 - their costs are going up and down now...wonder what that's all about.
Overall, looks like an increase of 6 short contracts and 345,733 fewer shares short on contract.
Maybe a longer term short or two exited the pattern...only to be replaced by some newbiews?
Days to cover is still between 10 and 15. So, if the price shoots up...the pain will be slow and excruciating....
Remember, friends don't let friends have CYDY in a margin account.
Keep those shares from being shorted by those sharters.
