You're killing me. Squires is the only person who

Has it ever occurred to you that the data for a company that has produced no product and realized zero income cannot possibly be too complicated? And it's made even simpler, at least in your eyes, by the fact that, in your opinion, much of the information does not need to be submitted because it's covered by NDAs.
I think even snark would be able to provide an accurate accounting of sales numbers for 2020. It would require almost no research. The answer is zero. The biggest difficulty, for him, anyway, would be admitting it.
The numbers would be the same for 2019.
So, its really only a matter of expenses. Even if Squires hasn't kept records, there are bank accounts. Expenses could be reconstructed pretty easily. I've seen it done dozens of times by firms that actually turn a profit.
Don't you guys ever think through the assumptions that underlie your rhetoric? What could be so complicated about the last three years of data for a business that produced no product during that period and realized no income?
The problem isn't marshalling the data, and it isn't assembling it into a presentable form. The task that Squires finds so impossible is making the story told by this data consistent with the stories Squires has been telling.
Thats why he needs to blame the mysterious auditors and their impossible and incomprehensible requirements (that every other company doesnt seem to have a problem understanding and meeting).
Considering the simplicity of the task, and, that simplicity notwithstanding, Squires 100% failure rate, saying Squires is the only person who can get the S-1 filed is like saying the only quarterback you would call on to win a Superbowl game is Fran Tarkenton. The only sitter you would trust to watch your son is Kevin Spacey. The only act with chops worthy of headlining the Super Bowl Half Time Show is Milli Vanilli.
When you actually think about it, even you have to concede it's not the complexity of the facts that has prevented the filing, it's the implication of the story told by those facts. It's that the disclosure of these facts will show somebody's been either lying, stealing, or grossly incompetent.
So, you were one word away from being right. Squires isn't the only person who can do it, but hes apparently the only person who can't.
