Their plan is to take it private at a low price ...that simple ...the rest of this is just window dressing , and frankly, not even good window dressing ...
Only one guy that knows anything and the rest are friends of bankers and lawyers ...no thanks ....we don't need financial engineering....we need real business's developers and experts in this space ...how long before they find those ???
The goal is to only take care of a handful of people, bada Bing insiders , not 50,000 shareholders

I do like reruns of old Sopranos series....but not every day
