The point I was trying to make, is that the FDA will allow Compassionate Use as long as it passes Tox and shows signs of efficacy. All that does is put the decision in the hands of the Dr and patient. In the case of B for Covid and the company saying they have received requests for B, tells me it probably came from those in the know, or those Drs who know them. I take that as a positive thing.
