8 reverse splits in the last 15 years. Makes you wonder how all this is legal?

10B AS raise now to 50B in progress.
Gotta watch out for those bad ones.
They get away with it because they file the needed documents to keep it going. Keep filing losses and keep it current will allow for dilution to continue. They were once using a Hospital closing somewhere to rely on business. Shady stuff.
