Yes, the Senate has to pass it. I have not read anything yet, lets hope they took out the legalization of pot as that was the big "no go" in the Senate. Many of the politicians in both parties own pot stocks and over 90% of people want medical cannabis. I would think the President would sign what ever is put in front of him.
