Last i've seen ......... NNLX is NO closer to putting a product on the shelf than they were ten years ago.
I don't count the flat pack, as it's nothing more than a standard petri dish, vacuum sealed in a plastic bag. I do that with my garden veggies before I freeze them. But it would be interesting to know HOW MUCH $$$ NNLX has made on flatpack sales since they started manufacturing them. But then again BB doesn't report, ergo, shareholders won't know that figure.
Patents are just that... patents. ?WHO? is the assignee on those patents is the $64 question. If the patents are all in a companies name, good. If a company were to get sold the price would include the value of the patents. If the patents are in an individuals name - snooze you lose. The assignee reaps the reward from patent sales. Just the way it works.
All in my humble opinion.
