All these findings don't matter at all as we are current in terms of SEC regulation and OTCM... this is all quite simple really... it is strictly up to Dr. Dalton to deliver at this point by putting out those PRs he promised. He can do that any time and has always been able to do that as we saw in mid-August... can even do it via social media as we know.
There are numerous connections and networking going on ... when Dalton's finished with what he needs to do and finished waiting on others he needs to make things happen, we will see those promised PRs.
I believe right now the big deal for our CEO is getting that non-profit doing the good deeds its doing with that $11.1M granted. The CBD operations are likely the next big deal for him... while his other companies/businesses continue their normal operations.
Think we all believe a Conglomerate is in formation and a name change should and will happen once officially CURRENT... no whining necessary, just patience!
