Think I figured out what the OTC is doing. The "stern" woman that I talked to on Monday told me that even though they are way behind, all companies that file will be allowed to trade. The last time we were waiting you could see a logical progression each day. Meaning when you looked at the tier changes in the morning all things that changed were X days ago and it got closer each day. But now the dates are all over the place. So I think they have split their workforce.

It appears that stocks going from "limited to current" are still being processed in order of date received. But another group is processing stocks going from "no info to limited". This will allow them to process the last minute stock filers so they can keep trading. Remember "limited" stocks still trade after the deadline.

So in our group going from "limited to current" these dates were processed last night (yesterday). 9/7 - 2, 9/8 - 3, 9/9 - 7, 9/11 -1, 9/13 - 1 for a total of 14. Yesterday morning the dates that went current were from only 9/7 & 9/8 so they made good progress. Our date was 9/14 so I think we will go current tonight or Monday. That's just my guess based on what I see on the OTCM webpage.

So stay patient, I think we are very, very close.
