Stop lying. Everyone knows that industry insiders have an edge with early access to information. Whether it's legal or not is irrelevant. It's just the way the game is played. Always has been and always will be. As outsiders, all I (we) can do is either make informed bets based on currently available information or wait and see what big money is doing and try to piggy back for a piece of the pie. Those are the only options available for retail traders.

Look at any FANG/blue chip ticker after an earnings announcement and tell me how it's possible for funds to decide to buy or dump millions of shares within 10 seconds after the earnings release. The answer is that they knew the earnings results before anyone else, but couldn't act on it, as that would make it obvious that they knew. By buying or dumping millions of shares seconds after the release, they can just say they adjusted their position according to the data, even though everyone knows that's bullshit.

They know because the application and filings are in the system for their access to read.

No, it is not. Filings submitted to Edgar become available to everyone at once. At one time, people with Bloomberg terminals could see them a few minutes early, but I believe that was stopped some years ago.

Oh she's back. Like I said Janice, my broker indicated my order was being rejected due to share quantity being too high for an illiquid ticker, but when I lowered the price and kept share quantity the same, the order was accepted. So obviously the share quantity was not their issue.

I place high sell orders in the event that I wake up one morning, I can modify my current order more quickly than placing a new one. Sometimes seconds count.

You sure do ask a lot of questions and have some interesting doubts about CRGP especially after getting a dividend. smh...

Lol. It appears the troll is still surveilling the board, as she immediately deleted a post referencing her. The only scam around this website is her.

She has nothing negative to say right now. When financials come out….she’ll try and pick them apart to point out negative and then spew the stuff that happened 6 years ago

Where's Janice? Her usual surveillance would have normally picked up on the increased chatter yesterday and caused her to rush in here like a bull in a china shop trying to steer the narrative.
