Here is what will give the FDA no excuses: SAVING LIVES in a MEANINGFUL TRIAL. If Brazil stops it at any point because Vyrologix is clearly working, then an EUA will get issued in Brazil and the US and rest of the world will have no choice but to see the amazing results and take the appropriate action (yes I left that statement vague on purpose as to what appropriate action is).

Will the US FDA want another lengthy trial while THOUSANDS get saved in Brazil and/or Philippines? I'm guess not.

The FDA already knows there is no safety issue with Vyrologix, so that is a non-issue. NP is already spouting numbers (and then saying they aren't all real numbers) but the truth is, if the science follows the track that we believe it will with 4 doses, Vyrologix will be irrefutable as a treatment for severe/critical within 2 months or so.
