that isn't Dr. Daltons fault..everyone is responsible for their own decision making regardless of what potentially might happen. If someone puts themselves into debt for anything in anticipation of a possibility..that is the risk that person decides to take..It's called freedom of choice and also ones risk tolerance. Maybe also not such a wise move in hindsight..but it always seems in hindsight that we learn...or not..

I'm in debt...but I never once blamed any entity outside of my control as to why I'm in my situation..it was my own doing...easy to blame then to take responsibility.
