It is possible to be an effective leader yet not a great communicator. I, for one, am still in this NOT selling.
I am also relatively new with UNVC but not new in the market and certainly not with business (33 years now in business leadership).
Knowing I will get some thumbs down for saying this BUT I too believe Doc needs to speak more often but even more necessary, he needs to be clear and precise in his words.
I have never been associated with a public held company either financially or within the leadership where the language used is so vague, or maybe better stated as subjectively stated.
Then again, we all know how successful Doc has been in his career of which I do not doubt his abilities or capabilities in the least.
We the shareholders are the owners. Owners need, require and deserve information and not trickles. There is information that can be shared. Not all of the information needs to be kept close to the vest although realizing there is a need for that as well.
I am not selling.
