An OTC biotech with just 120 million shares as a dilution stock? If we were talking 1.2 billion shares, maybe. But by OTC bio standards, 120 million OS is nothing.

So why no salary for the last 3 years? And why was he part of a group that gave back 20 million personal shares 2 years ago? Finally, for a guy that is in it just for himself, he must of been a pretty good con-man to rope in Excellagen and Altucell, let along the teledoc and diabetes clinic subsidiaries. They haven't produced a lot yet, but I don't think anyone predicted Covid shutdowns back in 2018/19 either. And it is quite telling to me that none of these folks have walked - for whatever reason, they've stayed on with Joe's management concept. I would think those folks would be the first to walk if they believed Joe was in this only for himself.
About 6 months ago Joe and I got into it and he vowed the company would have a competing vax in 3 months. Blatantly, said prove it!

As Zoli pointed out, that vaccine is real based on China's and BK's monetary contributions to GNBT to date - it has just not been tested in a clinical setting to understand how well it works. Yes, we haven't heard anything on status, but people who put up real money have SEEN something that got them to write those checks. I give stronger credence to that than the negative of radio silence right now.
So Joe is doing the same as what Anna did many years ago.

Not a fair nor a legitimate comparison. And you know this - you were around for the entire Anna/Rose debacle. Some here weren't; so you shouldn't try to make it seem like what has happened in the 3 - 4 years under Joe is even remotely the same as what happened under AG the previous 12 years.
All honesty, someone name one product that has gotten to market and survived?

There are literally 100s (if not 1000s) of OTC companies that this can be said for - many of those are the 1 billion + OS companies I referred to earlier. If Joe and his leadership staff were taking hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, and OS were growing by leaps and bounds (not 250,000 here, 300,000 there), it is possible a case for a p&d could be made. But this isn't a pump n dump because Joe doesn't have any huge amount of shares to dump, and the #1 complaint here is NO NEWS. So where is the pump and where is the dump?
My opinion and now I'll go back to my own imposed radio silence. Take care.
