It's a public health issue. School children and military recruits have been required to vaccinate for decades. Only rubes and sociopaths don't understand that you don't just pee in one end of the pool.
Living in the city didn't keep me from joining the Marines at 19. I was in a reserve unit with firemen, cops and college students.
I had more street smarts by the time I was 12 than you have now.
