Zol, here is my question to the 'what if'. The S-1' that is being referred to, that was put in months ago. Generex / NGIO has been putting out PRs and other information since then. They came out saying the IND was going in around the July / August timeframe. Then, nothing, so are we supposed to 'assume' that during the S-1, and after the PRs have been put in and after the 8-K was put in, the SEC told them no more info can be shared with shareholders or anyone else? Because that's what is being implied.
The SEC had plenty of time to tell them not to provide any information when they applied for NASDAQ, but Generex / NGIO were still putting out info, so the SEC didn't, so what happened then to make this occur now? We have all kinds of theories out there - Covid companies, etc..
But the fact of the matter is, it is curious that all of this occurred right after everyone was expecting the IND results then company got quiet. That is what concerns me.
