Only one to blame ......Joe ! His "vision" caught up with him...... it's a Jo(k)e ..... and it appears the BOD doesn't care either......."World Class Management" Even an IPO won't help the loooongs unless they list GNBT ! It's an integrity / trust issue now ...... time to replace leadership. Silence tells the story ....... best "transparency" so far.
SEC probably waiting for 10k ...... hopefully no misleading numbers / future plans .......more questions???
