A little research into the Filipino man who was saved by leronlimab.
His mother is a doctor and he is a Philippine government employee. But not just any employee....

So, the guy is a Philippine anti-corruption rock star. A VIP. Seems that he and his family are singing the praises of leronlimab and people are listening.
Now....if you were an employee of the Philippine FDA and the Commissioner of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Council (PACC) asks...
"Hoy, bakit hindi pa natin pinahintulutan ang leronlimab? Mayroon bang holdup na kailangan kong makisali?"
(translates to: "Hey, why haven't we allowed leronlimab yet? Is there a holdup I need to engage in?"

There better be a pretty damn good answer they give back.
