Some unknown conference in Rome that virtually no one watched, at least virtually no one other than those associated with those in the field or organization sponsoring the event. It's obvious that it went up in part because of both the Emerging Growth Conference (which appears to have lead to some new investor money into the company) and the apparent resolution of one of the two lawsuits between the company and what I will continue to call the 13D (even though they are being disbanded). As to the later, the signs of the pending settlement were there already to the astute who monitored the federal case because of the lack of filings this past week after Monday, including a discovery dispute filing that was to have occurred on last Tuesday that never occurred.
