Brief update:
No official update from Generex per the FoGaN request. I did send a reminder email about the deadline. Todd reached out to me. Most of what he said we have heard and have talked about. Progress continues but there are always challenges and these challenges are typically regulatory related when it comes to S-1's. The team is intact and doing the work. News will come when they have something they can release.
I spoke with Dawson James. Same rep I have been talking to all along. He reached out to the main investment bank. The NGIO is still pending the NAZ clearance and of course, the SEC approving the S-1 being the key. The rep made a point to remind me many companies IN THE COVID space are under intense scrutinty based on Covid related PR's and subsequent price action. Reminded me of the run earlier this year leading up the CC in February.
As far as Krilac is concerned, he reached out to me directly. I know who he is, at least to a reasonable degree of certainty. I won't say who he is as he asked me not to. I would say I wouldn't consider him being concerned about insider trading based on the Investopedia definition. I believe him to be sincere. Not sure about his take on the IND but the SEC inquiry jives with information from others.
I am personally, going to give this until Monday the 27th before I consider what is next.
