That reads as they are no longer considered a grou

This to me sounds like they will take the podium and announce who they favor for candidates for each one of them individually at the shareholders meeting. Maybe they favor the same group of candidates minus Bruce Patentson? Either way. I see that there is no such group as the 13d group any longer by the way it is written. Looks like they will attend the meeting and announce them as almost write in candidates nominated in person. It’s a silent protest in reality. The company will accept written shareholders votes that may or may not have their candidates on the ballot. Since they are no longer a group. Those proxy votes are finished and not valid.
The candidates on a ballot mailed already wouldn’t seem to be valid any longer and their only recourse would be an announcement for good of the order to be recorded at the shareholder meeting in a show of discourse with the company for their own purpose. Not likely to have a huge turn out at the annual shareholders meeting and it could very well be a virtual meeting in Zoom from the Delta variant impact. The super majority of votes I am sure come in by email. Not being valid on the ballot won’t help their actions any longer.
Looks to me like this press release was Rosenbaum waving a white flag…
