Just read the 13 A/D filing from yesterday regarding settlmenss t.
First off 13D had to disclose the names of all the conspirators, ( know any of them ?) .
Then it looks like Dr BP had to produce the documents where he was asking for $150 mil up front with $200 mil incentives. It was all there, ated and in writing and that CYDY never responded to his offer.
Then he had to state unequivocally that if elected that CYDY would NOT be purchasing INCELLDx.
Also he had to retract LL from his pending patent applications although the USPTO did allow him to claim Maravoric.
So it sounds like the lawsuit is no more but Rosenbaum still has some right to propose some directors i guess??
