REMEMBER...the 13d filed this...notable is the... maybe's, could be's and in the event of Patentson ascension...a single bullet point based on a contingency...that IF he gets elected...and then a conversation about Compensation unaddressed and then the bigger IF..The participants succeeding in their attempt to get him elected. Lots of IFFING and BUTING. They filed a dismissal for the Federal Lawsuit...wonder who helped to broker that....My take...too expensive to move forward and they have certain things they don't want to be revealed. We'll see how this shakes out when the company reveals its position.
