If you look at the following filings it'll give you an idea when it was acquired and how much was invested.

So...according to the 2018 doc below, if Opko took a $2.9M charge in 2018 to write down their 29% investment in IncellDX...that means they basically took a 50% hit on their initial $6M investment made in 2012.
