I think that's a small-knit community in Maryland (more specifically Baltimore) that's very well connected to each other... and Dalton could well be in the thick of it with many of them, with all his years and connections and he's likely quite good at networking, plus the fact his non-profit just recently received $11.1M gets him more on the map if you will... health/covid are very important and timely factors with it all as well.
