We are committed to returning the company to profitability. There will be no reverse split or dilution on the upcoming merger, we do not NEED TO RAISE CAPITAL. Work is being done to reduce number of outstanding shares and we hope to share more updates in the coming days.

To further protect Current Shareholders,
@Alpharidge_Cap has decided to include one more restrictive clause that prevents any stock dilution of more than 20% within 2 years after the merger. The NO DILLUTION clause along with the NO REVERSE SPLIT applies to all of its tickers.
