reading the debate on does 13D have a plan..this may be semantics but i believe they actually have a framework not a full blown plan....there are too many details about the daily operations of the company and all the relationships and situations they are working for them to have an executable plan put together. my belief is they have a general framework of what they want to do but many surprises probably await them if they actually pull this off that, in my opinion, will actually slow the progress down of Cytodyn on the road to accomplish great things than actually cause acceleration of goals. You cant take over a big piece of the board and change execs and accelerate value . at least I have never seen that.
