Zol, in the beginning the comment from them was all we need to do was do our 'due diligence'. Now, that has switched.
Our due diligence was done time and time again, yet this individual was somehow able to find that the IND was 'pre approved', the S1 was 'approved' by NASDAQ, yet, we can't find anything on FDA or NASDAQ boards or anywhere on the internet.
SEC has nothing to do with the FDA / IND. Fact was it was laid on us to do the research which we have done time and time again up to now and we know for a fact, that no documentation is not out there in public.
