People don't change so Joe won't learn how to conduct himself ...... we are familiar with his behavior on the board and I don't expect any different in financing or dealing with customers. Hedge Funds are vultures but that's a known FACT so if you choose to do business with them and don't produce you know what's next ! As far as SEC investigations if true ....... self induced, I don't see too many other companies struggling to get listed, they prepare - plan - execute. An amendment is to be expected but GNBT delay after delay is poor leadership and suspicious to potential new investors/funding. To rebuild trust/credibility you have to make adjustments in Management to clear doubt and attract new investors.
NUGX remains another mystery ...... if the company can't get to the source that's troubling......... if you search SEC filings it is under NUGX ...... used to be NGIO.......and nobody knows what took place?????.............What's next ....."potentially" another surprise ...........
If board (IH) assumptions are not accurate it's time to clear up concerns and issue solid PR with Company current status !
