Yes, vaccinated folks can spread the virus.
1) MRNA and PFE vaccinated folks are mostly now not protected and due for a booster. 95% of these vaccinated folks were vaccinated at least 8 months ago, thus protection is now nominal.
2) The data stating vaccines give 94% or 95% protection, that is merely against getting severe or critical cv19. The protection against mild/moderate is much less.
3) protection against variants is not crystal clear
