I've been clear that I believe Squires is doing what he said he would do.
He's doing the S-1 route to registration, relisting and a clear slate.
Is it going to be hard? I don't know, but it is the path now.
Let's say 'yes' its hard to do, it still has to get done.
I'd rather have answers from an audited S-1 than
have Squires answer loaded questions from the troll.
Squires doesn't have to answer questions, he needs
to present an S-1 to the SEC so we can relist.
Questions are a distraction from writing an S-1.
No S-1 means no listing; means you lose your shares.
Squires owns nearly 100M shares.so he's in the same boat.
His best interest is also the shareholders best interest.
The shareholders best interest is also Squires best interest.
