DJ, right on. These are high school freshman stuff. Doc is not new to these requirements. He has had other publicly traded companies-one on Nasdaq. These are intentional. Not trying to play a conspiracy theory here, but just ask yourself, is Doc 21 years old and this is his first dealings with theses agencies? He has been around the block before and knows what is needed. Now, if he is stalling because of something super big, probably Amazon. and we shoot to $10.00 in a day or two, all will be forgiven.
