Guys I have really good news and some potentially challenging news. I am one of the largest investors in the company and I have seen my investment dwindle rapidly yet I still remain optimistic.
The IND was filed, pre approved by Nasdaq, S1 has been approved as well. The problem is NASDAQ won't list until the SEC clears its current 4th investigation into the company. They have investigated Covid companies because apparently there is much fraud and hype in the space.
There were three previous investigations which were fully cleared but which hindered the company's ability to raise money in a realistic and well meaning way for over a year and a half.
I have reviewed the science and the Total Vaccine has by far the highest safety profile with what I believe is the most efficacious way of dealing with the disease and its variants.
Now lets hope that the current investigation gets done rapidly or that we get an exemption in the process for the NGIO listing which is likely.
This would solve all of the current problems and would give everyone on this board a smile
