Perpetual Industries (OTC: PRPI) earlier this year completed its acquisition of the AutoGrafic Software System, a software as a service (“SaaS”) and social application designed to use cutting-edge technology to host a myriad of aspects for automotive promotion and preservation. At time of the acquisition, company officials noted plans to create a new division for AutoGrafic and expand team members working with the software and its developers, Travis LaVine and Jason Stoller.
