Management can't even clarify the latest Valuation, it appears a potential scam. With Merck/AE37 inactive , according to Joe at least 300+ valuation, what's left? Class A shares (equivalent to reverse split or dilution whatever you wana call the reduced value if IPO) imo a planned event when dividend were issued to keep shareholders excited and support the pps. On-going "silence" ....... looks like the bs finally caught up with World Class Management! Regardless credibility/trust further deteriorated ....... SEC should investigate Corporate structure to protect shareholders. How many employees currently on GNBT Holding payroll??
