I don’t pretend to know the inside correlations needed to achieve half life or total receptor occupancy being attained or controlled for whatever length of time or dosage.

My thoughts as an average layman nobody and just as an investor is that Leronlimab needs to be used for a longer period to work. Our CD-12 trials showed us that it wasn’t enough length of time to fully activate the immune response. So it can help as an immune modulator and activate our immune system to work to destroy the virus. Maybe I am wrong about these thoughts but it just seems that the immune modulator part is the most important action for Covid. Turning the cells into positive cells allowing a full immune response to overcome the virus.

My comparison in my thoughts is to penicillin. We take the recommended dose and length of time and that you don’t stop the dosage and length of time but finish the whole prescription to allow penicillin to work. The doctor is usually adamant that you complete the whole prescription even if you feel better and have no signs of being sick anymore. My thoughts have always been that Leronlimab just needed more time to gain control of the micro environment. Maybe I am wrong on this but it is what I have thought since the end of the CD-12 trial showed us that we didn’t have enough time for long enough time period.

I am hoping this is true as I see it and that these Brazil Trials find for us the proper length of time needed and the right dosage for each indication. That we find out we are a life saving drug and the first ever to help Critical patients. A true lifesaving drug is what I would love to see.
