The Company is Transfer Agent Verified with the OTC Markets meaning that these stock numbers are accurate and up to date.
No further shares have been issued and we have not received any additional request(s) to convert any additional shares of our Preferred Stock into Common Stock. The last request was made and executed upon July 28, 2021.
The Company has absolutely no idea as to why in excess of 12 billion last week and today, 3 billion shares of our Common Stock were traded in the market.
