Just my opinion, but the other Attorney's Letters say that "Counsel has reviewed the following documents and related information posted at www.otcmarkets.com and publicly available through the OTC disclosures...." So I think, formally, the attorney cannot have their letter uploaded simultaneously with the revised Q2. I think the revised Q2 may have to be up today, then the Attorney can issue the associated letter tomorrow.
