Now I am making the assumption that an attorney's letter must follow.

Then the big question....what kind of wait are we in for once attorney letter is filed?

We are creeping closer to the date that the first PR stated about the "acquisition". Without going back and looking at it, I believe it was to happen toward the end of September.
