Another thing comes to mind.
If Recknor knew on July 4 that the FDA was requesting an additional chemistry test, why didn't Recknor report that in his very positive comments made on around July 4 after Recknor received the FDA response to Recknor's HIV BLA addendum?
If Recknor knew, I suspect he thought the additional chemistry tests being requested were not a big deal.
